having difficulty finding marriages in Grimsby

Has anyone had probs locating details for grimsby cleethorpes area? This includes births and deaths too.

1837 - 1897 Cleethorpes was under Caistor registration district

then changed to Grimsby until 1938

then changed to Cleethorpes

The info was after the dates on FreeBMD so looked it up on Ancestry for him
