I am looking for information on Bertie Marbrow, [he married Kate Janes on 10 May 1913 at Luton Register Office, I have the information regarding his children etc], From the marriage certificate it would appear that he was born around 1890.

It is information regarding his birth and death that I am unable to trace, and there is no living member of the family that I know of who can assist me in this search.

Any help will be greatfully appreciated.

Hi Ericthered,
I have some thoughts on the info I have, but 'heads on walls' appears to be the biggest one. I have considered that Bertie may be the result of Richard and his housekeeper Elizabeth Hawkins nee Mitchell, as I found a Berty Mitchell [born 1890] who then seems to appear on the 1901 census as the adopted son of Richard Marbrow, aged 10 or 11, which seems to fit,

what do you think?
