The last census that is available is the 1901. You might be able to find it on an electoral roll. I suggest you ask for that lookup on a new thread.

Actually, I think this is more likely to be your Elizabeth, going by the POB which would explain a marrige in Berwick. She is a widow, so the only way to find out her maiden name would be to buy the marriage cert:

The details on the marriage index won't give you her parents names.

You will need to find her on the next census after she married (1871) to find where and when she was born.

Then you should be able to find her on a census from before she married where hopefully she will be living with her parents.

I have just joined Ancestry its not the same as Scotlands People.
I put in the marriage details i was given a list of over 6,000 but it was births and census am i doing something wrong.
Have always used SP but found rellies from England that i am trying to find.
Any advise please im not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
