computer help please

If you've already scanned it, go into "my documents" and there's probably a file in there called "my scans" and it'll be in there.

Before you press scan ,,,choose the word ..file ....then scan it and it should appear saved in my pictures

Please tell us what you are actually doing when you scan the photo.

It might sound daft but you have top use some software to scan it into your PC, what is the software you are using. You cannot just scan it and then save it to your computer.

More details please.

When I start to scan it always comes up asking where you want to save it to.

Christine that is the trouble I have scanned it but I can't seem to find where it says save

You will need to scan it and save it to your computer, ie in my documents or my pictures folder, then attach it to the email.

I am trying to scan a photo to add to an email but I can't seem to get it to an attachment any help please
