Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 131 Send Message	Hope someone can help. I need to order a Marriage Certificate from Winnebago Illinois. I have the names and the licence number but not the foggiest on how to order it. Has anyone ever had to do this? Thanks to anyone who can help. Jo
