Thomas Chapman on HMS Kelvin any ideas?

Hello,
Just wondered if anyone out there knew how I could get my hands on a crew list for HMS Kelvin. I believe Thomas Chapman b 1910 served on the Kelvin but i can't find a way to confirm this.
Any ideas?

Researching:
My avatar is that of my Dad and shipmates, taken onboard HMS Blanche in 1938, place unknown From left to right, my Dad,Sidney Mellor and Sidney Bateman.
