Can somebody please tell me how to copy information of somebody else tree to yours.
where you have the name of someone on somebody elses tree, above that it says copy, but when i click it, it then says paste to your tree or clipboard, but nothing happens.
I know i am doing something wrong but, i am not a computer whizz, unfortunately!
any help would be really appreciated.

many thanks
Bev

This is a perenial question, have you got their permission first ?
By the time you finished faffing around trying to copy and paste it is actually quicker to write it down.!

Hi
thanks for your replys, yes i do check and get permission first, and i do double check any info i get from anybody else.
Just thought if there is a lot to copy it is easier to copy and paste, and to stop me drowning in my ever growing piles of paper!

thanks
Bev
