Hi all thanks for looking for me but i think ive found it, 1948 Nelson, Lancs to an Evelyn Hartley.

There is a chapeltown next to Rotherham.

Found a marriage of Clifford Fox to Joan Foulds sept quarter 1942 Rotherham vol 9c page1586

Think Chapeltown is Leeds, Sheffield areas, can you say which ?

The marriage can only be found by trawling all the individual qtrs for every year.

Can be very time consuming unless you have an approx year.

Hi im hoping somebody with more knowledge of family history could help me.
You were all helpful before and found me a birth year, hoping you could work you magic with a marriage. Had no luck with free BMD site.
Clifford Fox born 1922 in chapeltown, i know he married as i have his wedding photo but thats all i do have, other than the name of the photographer which was Marie Podmore.

Any ideas?
