My tree in on genesreunited and ancestry. I have recently started adding the census details on ancestry as add ons but when I update my tree by uploading a gedcom file from familytreemaker, I lose all my census add-ons.
Can anyone tell me how to update my tree and not lose my previous sources of information?
Thanks
Terry

Surely when you upload a tree it replaces what was there?

Jim,

That's my problem. I had attached census add-ons straight to ancestry, but I up date my family tree on FTM. When I upload a new version onto ancestry, all my previous attachments are wiped off.
