freereg has over a million parish records transcribed for Norfolk plus some (not very many) for Suffolk.

Google Norfolk Transcription Archive. Lots on the site for Norfolk. Also looks as if more being added.
Search boxes along top. A good site.

Not sure about parish records - apart from the local Record Offices and/or the IGI - but Norfolk do have an online site - if you google NOAH - with a lot of interesting bits and pieces on it. That might help with a few gaps. They do wills and stuff - all free.
