Hi Thanks for everyone getting back to me William David Williamson born 1891 place? is my grandfather who married Marjorie Barclay Pittendrigh at the manse at Old Deer Aberdeen shire the names John Williamson and Jean or Jane McFarlane was on his marriage certificate,all that I know was that my grandfather had a falling with his parents and then there was small bits of info going around that
William was related to the Stewart's (Travellers) as my grandmother didn't like my mother going seeing Jeannie Stewart in case anything came out about my grandfather
My grandfather worked in the Govan shipyards in Glasgow and sadly that is all I know

The surnames are certainly Scottish.....in origin, at least.

Where did you get the supposed Parents names from?

Could this be a Scottish look up?

Hi my name is Heather and I am looking for info on William David Williamson as I have hit a massive Brick wall William was born 1891 place ? parents supposed to be John Williamson and Jane Macfarlane cant find William on any census supposed to be related to Stewarts? if anyone can help please get in touch or got them on there tree please get in touch.also
