Suggestion for navigating shared trees

When somebody shares their tree with me I often find it difficult to find my way back to the shared ancestor. I know I can put the name at the top and go straight to that person but sometimes it takes ages to work out how the tree owner is related to that particular ancestor.
If I share my tree with somebody I usually tell them, for example, go to my mother, then her father, then his mother, then her mother etc. May I suggest that others try this, it makes things so much easier.

If the tree is not too large to see all at once put the whole tree up and reduce it by pressing the minus sign until it is very small, then you can run the cursor over the tiny boxes and the names will flash up !
