Hi
I cannot find a William Fitter (born 1837) and Hannah Fitter (his wife born 1836) from the Hunslet area of Leeds on the 1871 census yet they are on the 1861 & 1881 census. Apart from the fact they may not have completed the census does anyone have any ideas why they are not on it. They had 2 daughters in 1861, one of whom possibly died in the 1870's.

You will find him listed as Filler in 1871.
