If you find which library is nearest to the address most libraries these days have an email address and most will look up an address for you on the electoral register if you ask nicely.

Electoral roll would be your best bet I think. Available from the library local to the address. You might need to post a new thread asking for a lookup in the area.

I want to find out who resided at an address in 1946 - can anyone recommend a website please?
