Slow tree search

When someone allows me to look at their tree and it happens to be a big tree I find it is infuriatingly slow to look around. I also find that when I eventually reach the top, I haven't!! There are still supposed to be some further back. I am obviously doing something wrong.

If it's a big tree, you can't expect it all to be on-screen at once.............

You have to click on names to navigate your way around it...........exactly as you would on your own.

Thanks. Can you "find" a name in order to go straight to it?

Yes....use the box top right of the screen.........again, just like your own tree

Many thanks. I did not realise that applied to the tree you were in. I assumed it meant the whole site.
