I have a great Aunt Alice Susan ORME born in England in 1885... who left for America as being umarried and also being a Domestic Servant... We know she ended up in Detriot annd having her children there... We dont know what port of entry she used...

Do anyone have any suggestions to how see got to America sometime between 1913 and 1920...

Thanks
Tracey

There are a few Alice Ormes on the passenger lists but you will need to find someone who can view them on Ancestry.

I don't see any arriving with her approximate birthdate for the years you mentioned. Are you fairly certain she travelled during that time?

What was her married name? The 1920 census lists the year of immigration.
