RELATIONSHIP CONNECTION ??

Is anyone able to tell me please the connection concerning the following :-

A. is the Granddaughter to Lily
B. is the G. Granddaughter of Lily's Sister...How are A. & B. related please ?

Children of Lily and her sister are first cousins, Grandchildren are second cousins. So A and B's parent would be second cousins. Since B is another generation A and B are second cousins once removed

Sorry Gremlin you have missed the fact that B is great granddaughter of Lily's sister not granddaughter.

A and B are NOT the same generation as each other. One is a grandaughter of Lily, the other is great grandaughter of Lily's sister. I'm sticking to my guns!

A and B are different generations.

If Lily and her sister are the same generation - which they logically must be, then A and B must be different generations ...
