Family trees not loading ???

think i've sussed it. I done as you advised Sandra and then pressed immediate family and hey presto, they appeared.

This helps a bit as the details for the person are showing but no tree so i cannot see any links.

AAAArrrrggghhh this is getting fraustrating now :)
Do you think having a word with GR admin will help?

Hi

If its a large tree you won't be able to view it as a tree, you have to open the persons tree then on the top right search box put in the name you want, use the drop down box to search this tree, it will take you to that section & you can then navigate.

yes all seems ok there, i still have "allow" so i assume that its open. Both trees have only allowed me to view in the last couple of days.

Are you sure the Tree is open. It's confusing with Stop/Allow options.

Hi

A couple of people have very kindly let me view their trees to see if we have a connection.
the problem i have is that i seem unable to load their trees, i left my pute on loading one tree overnight last night only to find this morning that it still hadn't loaded.

Has anyone else had this problem and know of a way to get the trees to load so that they can be viewed.
Both trees i notice have alot of relatives in them (in the thousands!) so i can only assume that this is part of the problem. I have viewed other trees in the past without a problem.

Any advice appreciated
