When i was trying to put my Urns back but in the community names bit, it kept saying i couldn't have them as someone else did, so im sitting here shouting i know they have cos its me lol.

I have been stuck in my account all this time but I couldn't change it. Every name I chose it said either was taken or wasn't acceptable. Especially when I tried 'Flippin eck who can I be then' lol:))

Chrissie, i know how you feel i had my urns for ages and was really peeved they had to go, Just to say that they are in your personal bit cos when you click to send a PM they are there and that how you know lol....You'll have to get in touch with GR to remove them cos when you do it it still doesn't work

I tried the search tress (I didn't realise that was there until you mentioned it Gremplin - oops. Still got the same problem though.

I shall have to get rid of my fancy bits then Julie - I've had them for years though and had no problem before. I don't think they are on my personal bit, just my board name but I'll go and check.

Just tried quick search now and it worked for me, although very slow.

Why not use the Search Trees option? I have been using it all afternoon with no problems.

Its cos of your pattems at the side of your name..Thats why my urns have gone, not sure if you saw my thread i had on general about it but there was quite a few of us that had it

PS i should of also said it cos we have, had them in our personnal details rather than community board name

Thanks Chris. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong, I can't imagine what though. I tried a few days ago and it didn't work then either.

I just did a search through there and got a result.

Can someone tell me please whether there is a problem on here at the moment searching for matches with names? I have been using the quick search at the top but I don't get any results. Just a message saying 'unavailable'.
