there is a tree on ancestry;

Name: Thomas Ellerby
Birth: 1810 - Yorkshire, England
Death: 1848 - Yorkshire, England
Spouse: Tryphena Morrill


Children; Robert and William.
Tryphena had been married previously to a John Baker and then after Thomas died she married Charles Shaw.

Would be worth looking at this tree and contacting the owner.
