I suspect that William Cartridge was a son of Priscilla before she married George Hatch. He is listed as son-in-law which I think means stepson eg son of Priscilla. His wife Emma is listed as wife to son-in-law not daughter.

Hello Girls and thanks for the replies.

I had the possible marriage of Priscilla Cartridge to George Hatch and was hoping for the other two people to be Cartridge to back it up.

I can't see a marriage of a William Cartridge to an Emma, so perhaps they just lived together.

I have an entry on the 1881 Census for a George Hatch born 1815 Bramshaw Hants, living in Eling. Hants with his wife Priscilla.

The entry has been smudged and I was wondering whether anybody can make sense of the other two people living with them.
