You may be lucky with the IGI then... www.familysearch.org

Failing that you will need to visit or contact the Records Office for that area.

You don;t say when. Some older ones are available on the IGI and Ancestry have some, anything after about mid 1800's though are less likely to be online.

You would need to know the church at which the baptism is likely to have taken place.

You could visit the Records Office and search through all the churches in the area yourself but that cold take a while!

sorry its taken a while to reply, yes it is a uk one that im looking for, im not sure of the parish but the birth was registered in Bethnal Green.
