It's very odd to have two full sisters, both called Mary. Are they, in fact, step-sisters. Alternatively, is one Mary a mistranscription of Margt.

i have been tracing a mary moore back and have now got to 1861 census. i have found an Ann Moore of the correct age at the same town, even the same road. i know she had a sister maggie who is also on the 1861 census at the right age. also she married a thomas thomas, and there is a thomas thomas on the census as a visitor with the correct age.
my brain tells me this is the right person. what do you think? any help would be appreciated please.
thanks for your time.
