You could take up a free 12 day trial on Ancestry. I was able to view all census images when I had a trial. They call it a 14 day trial but you must cancel 2 days before it expires or they take big bucks from your credit card, so it is in effect only 12 days. I looked at loads of census images in a week or less (the rest of the time was spent on other things). Best to make sure you have all the necessary names dates places etc in front of you before you start.

1901 census vouchers give you pre-paid access to all 1901 census services and are available in most libraries.

What census vouchers sorry I don't know what you mean!! Do you mean buying vouchers from Genes Reunited to search the 1901 census? If you are searching someone in the 1901 census then just post a message on Records Office board asking for help. Give as much info as you can, name place and year of birth etc. and someone will find the details of the family in the 1901 census for you.
