Keith -

Grateful for your time. Will message you my new email address.

I think that the search for Henry Beattie is going to prove a v. problematical one.

I really though that the Esther 1901 was going to be the right one as the youngest child William on the 1891 was then 10 as born in Greenwich.

William just scrapes through on the 1881 aged 3 mos.1891. William just scrapes through on the 1881 on the I think that the Henry Beattie that I am looking for is going to prove very problematic

Regards

Rita

The 1871 you have given is married to Mary Ann with daughter Margaret aged 3 months. He is a Joiner (House) living at Back street.

Source Citation: Class: RG10; Piece: 5145; Folio: 80; Page: 12

I suspect he is not the same one unless wife and daughter died and he remarried very quickly

Hi

May I have lookups for the following please; and if found if I message my amiul may I have images also.

The details from findmypast

1901 -

Esther Beattie (hopefully with husband Henry who I think is mistranscribed as Bate)
b.1839
Age 62
Reg. Dist - Greenwich
County - London.

I have the 1891

1881 -

Henry Beatie (spelling as on familysearch.org)
b. Newcastle on Tyne
age 39
Labourer General
3 Alfred Place, Greenwich, Kent.

RG11 - Piece/Folio 0725/14 - page 21
3 Alfred Place, Greenwich, Kent.

1871 -

Henry Beattie
b.1843
Age 28
Reg. District - Hexham
County - Northumberland

On the 1891 the family were said to be born in the Nortumberland area which is different to the 1881 but am sure they are the same family.

1861 -

Henry Beattie
b.1842
Reg. Dis. Plymouth
County - Devon

Possibly touting for work?

Can't find Henry on the 1851

Many thanks
