I have searched AOL's help pages but cannot find the answer to my problem so am praying some kind soul can help me . After downloading some more photos and certs. today I went into my files to view all of my many photos etc. and to my horror I have a few which I have never seen before but my dozens of precious ones have disappeared ?? Please has anyone any suggestions to retrieve them ? Shortly before this happened I was told for quite a while "AOL not responding" , I only mention this as I do not know if this is relevent . |

David , I'm So Sorry , wanted to get back to you straight away re your advise but all manner of problems with AOL mainly the dreaded 'Not Responding' again !! and have only just got it back . I fyou are still on line , I have looked at the Filehippo you recommended but did not fully understand the jargon ( I'm still a novice sadly ) however don't know how but I have now dicovered that my Photos etc. are stored on AOL AND NOT MY COMPUTER , this is apparently no longer in service after 31st Dec. and it tells me if I do not move the photos I will no longer be able to access them thro AOL !! |
