OK thanks Shirley, so that means I need to view the full parish records to get more info then.......as I thought..... just wasn`t sure if Ancestry were only giving you limited info, and that if in fact you purchased it you would get more.

Pallots was only an index to parish records giving the names of the bridal pair and the marriage year and church.each record was cross coded to the parish record entry number, It isnt a full record of the marriage. The entries on Ancestry are scanned from the Pallots indexes

Does anyone know if you have the Pallotts Marriages on disc, do they contain any extra information than that given on Ancestry, or is it just the same limited information?
