I have been trying to find ancestors in Wrexham Regis. They are in all the censuses except the 1841 and there doesn't seem to be a Wrexham parish in that one. Does anyone know if Wrexham is listed as something else? Had the same problem on FMP as well.

Registers now divided between Wrexham and Cheshire West districts, this is from freebmd, have you tried looking in Cheshire?

Thankyou - yes I did. Just googled and discovered that 1841 census for Wrexham is missing! Just my luck. Why can't they look after things properly ???
