I can't help you but someone probably can if you go to the genforum.genealogy.com website.
From their Home page, scroll down to Regional and click on Countries....then click on Russia.....good luck.

Im not sure where he was sentenced because his grandson only said he wanted to confirm this.
Havnt found anything for his name by googling.
As for the Russian births some are in Russian.

No marriage for me to check his age.
Not my relative but grandfather of a connection who is asking for help.
This Russian was sentenced for manslaughter but where and when is anyones guess

Its a bit difficult isnt it. Im googling at present to see what I can find. Trouble is my man was a russian seaman who fathered a child. All possible people who might know have died.
