Member Since: July 2008 Posts: 211 Send Message	There is a record of Frances' marriage to William Barnett in Farnborough 1858, making her 26 at marriage. There is now a spanner in the works: she is a daughter of Mary Ann Gauntlett born c1800 in Winchester Hampshire and is found in 1891 living with her mother as wife of a John James Yeoman. Marriage recorded as 1846, which would have made her only 14! There was also a son of 19. I'm now baffled. I can see that there might have been 2 Frances Gauntletts and I know there were at least 2 Mary Ann Gauntletts but only one born in Winchester 1800. Can anyone advise please? Hopefully Heather

However since posting this I've decided that my Frances Sarah was definitely married to John James H Yeoman (mistranscribed in some censuses). I got quite a bit of the information on this family from someone else on GR and had Frances's birth year wrong. The family found in 1841 has her date as c 1828, which makes the Yeoman marriage feasible. They actually had 8 children and only Sydney was at home in 1891. I came back on as quickly as I could to avoid over working the community. Many thanks.
