I have a John Fewtrell married to Martha wigley in 1803
he was born about 1774---------is there any chance they
could have made the 1830 census for Ditton Priors
ime trying to find out about their dau; Elizabeth, born
in 1818; can any one help

Do you mean the 1841?

Even if the 1831 for the area had survived it may not tell you enough. I've seen an extract of the 1831 for a village in Norfolk and it is literally a head count.

Looking at John Fewtrell, born April 21, 1774 in Holdgate, Shropshire, England to Samuel Fewtrell and wife, Margaret.....it appears that Samuel and Margaret were quite busy! Listed under those parents, besides John, all born in Holdgate Shropshire England were:

Joseph - Born September 29, 1778

George - Born March 6, 1788

Samuel- Born February 22, 1771

Edward - Born November 7, 1772

Margaret - Born January 8, 1769

Michael - Born January 19, 1777

Thomas - Born May 29, 1768

Richard - Born March 12, 1786

Jerimiah - Born March 12, 1787

Martha - Born May 25, 1784

James - Born May 3, 1783

Sarah - Born July 3, 1792

Something else to look into on a rainy day if you don't already have the information above! LOL!
