And check out Amazon - they sell postcards of actors/actresses on there. Found a few of Marie George who OH's mum worked for in the very early 1900s.

There might be a book in your local library - possibly in the reference section - about actors etc. Can't for the life of me think of the author or the name of the book but it was written some time ago. Worth asking if your library is on the larger side (our library is minute!)

Anyone know if there is a list of stage names for Actors/entertainers/comedians in 1800s to 1850s? I am after the stage names of Rosetta Burrell Willis born 1832, Samuel Charles Willis born 1821 and James Yates -+1805. Lived in & about Somerset Street London.
