When my Great x2 grandfather died in Isle of Wight in 1908 his wife and youngest daughter moved to London but there is no sign of the other three children the couple had. I believe they were taken into care but cannot find any records of them. If anyone can give me any hints on how to find these missing children I will be grateful.

their names were ivy hilda k dimon b1904, leonard william e dimon b 1903 and Frederick francis james dimon b1899. Havn't really looked anywhere just discovered they were adopted from my grandmother after looking at the 1911 census record. Searched the other children but no matches.

On 1911 there is a Frank Dimon, 11, living with his aunt and uncle in Guildford, Surrey, he is born in Liss, Hampshire.

Could be that Frederick Francis James was known as Frank?
