Hi Julia Ann

I don't want to put you off but I have obtained loads of certificates from Southern Ireland (I'm in England) and NONE of them have been found on http://ifhf.brsgenealogy.com/index.php

It is by no means a complete listing, likewise the IGI records found on the LDS website http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp

Thomas Dooley and Mary Fox would be quite popular names in Ireland so you would need to get a copy of their marriage certificate before you try for their birth certificates as this will at least give you their father's names..thus narrowing down the odds of finding the right ones.

If they married in England then you can ask for a search on here.

If they married in Ireland then you would need to know at least in which COUNTY and approx year to be able to order their marriage certificate.

On the IGI records on www.family search.org/ for all of Ireland there are 150 records for Thomas Dooley (various spellings) and over 200 for Mary Fox!

So you can see how vital it will be, to know at least their father's names and which COUNTY they were born in..

Hope this helps you.
