Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 6,064 Send Message	I know we in Scotland will have to wait until 2011 to get the 1911 census but will we have to wait until about April that year do you think? I know the census was taken March/April I think in 1911 so will we have to wait until March/April 2011 or will we get it in January as the English have for their 1911 census? What do you think? Such a long time away. Betty

	There is info about this on scotlandspeople - this is part of it: The Registrar General for Scotland plans to release the Scottish 1911 Census information just after the date of the 2011 Census (27 March 2011), by which time the 100 year closure period will have ended.
