I am trying to find out more about Mary.
She was borh Mary Northeast Rosebrook in Stansted Essex in abt 1848.
After her marriage she lived in lambeth. In 1891 she was descrivbed as a church worker and in 1901 as a Mission worker - preach and I have just discovered on the 1911 that she is listed as a mission woman.
I have discovered that her grt grandfather ( who raised her mother) was a founder member of The New Independent church in Stansted.
Obviously Mary followed in her Grt Grandad's footsteps. Can anyone give me any ideas on how I can find out about her (rather unusual for a woman in those days) career - eg how can i find out which church she was attached to?
Ant help appreciated.
