Printing off Part of my Tree

I am trying to print off just part of my tree, when I go to full tree view I can't make out who is who as the tree member names are so small and I only have 200 odd people so goodness knows how to do it with more people on it. It seems strange that I can't zoom in to a specific person and then print off that branch. Any ideas?

hi you have to go into the print options and opt to print your tree out in sections. i have about 190 relitives on mine and had to print it out in eight sections to be able to read it. just remember to add page numbers on them so you can match them up in the right order once you have printed it.

Thanks Laura. Could you just explain where do I find the option to print of sections or is it just that I select for example 3 pages and then print selection?

hi again, you go into the print options and you can magnifiy the sections of the tree that you want and you can move the boxs that come up. so that you can select landscape or portrait printing on a4 paper, just click to leave the boxs on the sections you want and they are the sections that will print out. be careful where you place the boxs so that you dont cut some of the information off. theres nothing worse than printing it out to find that you have cut the last three letters of the end of one of your relitives by miss placing the boxs.

It isn't very easy to print you tree from this site, do you have any other family history software installed? If so, it will be far easier to print from that.

thanks for your replies but you know what I can't get it to maginify so I think I will take your advice and print from FTM instead...it's a shame genes have a couple of creases to iron out. Thanks again.
