Advice on 1911 PLEASE

I think I may have a name of a relative (child) who had died. His name was written and then crossed out. I didn't even know he existed so it was very useful.

Apparently it's also in the handwriting of the member of the household who filled it in!

Hi
Don't want to sound stupid but is there much difference between the transcription page and the original image (besides the obvious) as it seems a lot ie 20 credits difference.
