Hi,

I was just wondering what the most common reasons would be for someone not being on the 1901 & the 1911 cesus?

I can find my great nan's birth in Aston, Birmingham in 1895 and her first marriage in 1914; but i can't find her on either of the two censuses.

Any feedback will be appreciated

One of the downsides of the 1911, at the moment, is that you cannot use 'wild cards'.

I bet she is mis transcribed.

My OH can't wait for the wild card option to be released.....His are all Jewish immigrants and surname variants/transcriptions beggar belief!!! lol
