ordering a certificate help needed please

its been a while since i last ordered a cert and am a little stuck lol

i want to order a cert through the gro and got all the info i needd through ancestry but am stuck on 1 thing
Reference information

where it comes to District name and Number* im not sure what to put down
the event happened in chichester so do i put chichester or do i put sussex and which number do i needd please

Chichester is the district

(Sussex is the county)

You need the District in which the event was registered, and the quarter in which it was registered. The information you need to have to hand will look something like

Fred Smith
March qtr 1859
Chichester 9c 120

If you are unsure post the details on here and someone with check for you.
