I have recently made contact with my Dad's cousin and have opened my tree to her. She has contacted my tonight to say she can not open tree and the site is telling her to upgrade membership.

Does this mean that she is not a paid up mermber of the site or is this another glych in the system.? Do you have to be a paid up member to view someones tree?

Yes, she'll need a standard or gold membership to view your tree

OK. Thanks for that. Thought that must be the case.

May have to type info out for her or she may wish to upgrade.

CANT YOU COPY IT AND E-MAIL IT TO HER EASIER THAN TYPING
