ANCESTRY 'FREEZE'

I have had a problem with Ancestry since they introduced their new format.Often I click to close but the page doesnt clear completely and i have to go to Task Manager to close it down. Its not my PC but something in their program that is causing this.

Our provider is Tiscali not AOL Jonesey, so it isn't that but thanks for phone number.

We will have to look out and see if others are affected. Incidently, my lap-top is only a few months old and certainly doesn't have any problems so I know it isn't that.

Twice in the past week, whilst working on Ancestry, the system has suddenly 'frozen'. I have been unable to get out of it and eventually each time have had to log off the internet. Has anybody else had this problem with Ancestry.
