Births on Ancestry

Does anyone know why I can't access births 1984 onwards on Ancestry? Are they updating it or something? |

If they are updating it is a long process, the problem has been around for some time, lots of previous posts about it. |

I emailed Ancestry about this last Thursday, they replied on Friday and thanked me for alerting to the problem and said they were trying to resolve it, nothing about any updating. |

I emailed them earlier today....still no reply yet, but I guess its rather early to expect a reply from them this quick. |
