hi there folks,
need some help. Computer keeps throwing me of the internet. Want to change the router so that i know if its that or the modem. Wanted to change anyway. Have two laptops one of which is in the loft and two compuers with towers and wanted a bigger speed than 54. The shop has give me wireless G and i was told by a friend that i needed N. two are on vista two are windows xp. I know this isn't to do with family research, but its stopping me from doing my research and its driving me mad. Can anyone help in this situation. Paid £88. for it and PC world will come out and fit it for me and put all the password protections on the site so that im not just on default as i don't know how to do that myself.
thanks
ally
