can anyone tell me why i can't find on the 1891 cenus
john gurr b 1854
elizabther gurr b 1856
plus childern
fredrick,sarah,elizabeth,john but have records of them on the 1881 and 1901 cenus in kent.

also can you direct me to site where i can view birth certificates that shown parents please.

Unfortunately you can't see parents names without buying certificates.
After 1911, the mother's maiden name is listed.

Would you post details of them in 1881 please?
Birthplaces and location.

I have found my gg grandfather and gg granmother on 1881 and 1901 cenus with family but I can't find them on the 1891 cenus in kent why would this be?

I assume that will be in kent as this is where for other cenus!

The only way you can view certs is to buy them

Can you also add where the children were born as that helps to look for them

You can look up parish records for the area at Medway's site - Cityark.

Best way to start is to check which parish they are in on one of the censuses and then look for baptisms in that parish church. Cityark is sorted by churches so you need a rough idea.

It will save you a bit on marriage certs if you can find those - and you get to see their real signatures!
