I'm getting cross! On three out of the four quarters 1957 for Jones S it is only showing the last few entries. What I want are the Sarahs not the Susans! How do you access the previous page to the one on offer? That would have been a waste of 30 credits if I was still buying them in £5 lots. |

I'm looking for the death of Sarah Jane Jones in Doncaster sometime in the mid 1950's. It is a long trawl through all the dates but I found grandfather Isaiah in 1958 and I just need grandma's to tie up everything. Sadly our Jones family records went out of the family and I'm working with very little info, just that she died in the 50's (outside chance 1949). I would be really grateful for any help. She was born in Neath in 1866 (nee Adams)and married in Neath in 1902. then moved to Doncaster where she lived out her life. |

OOOOOPs Joan, Sarah was born in 1876 not 66 - blame it on being Friday!! So sorry for the error, don't know if it actually makes a difference to the actual look up though. |

Thank you so much Joan, I really appreciate your efforts. At least we have eliminated those years. I'll search again from 1949 - 1952. All her other entries have been Sarah J so I expect that her death one will be too. |

Oh dear .... same problem occuring on other quarters too. Three out of four are no use to me 1949 - 1952. I've been on to the other sites but would have had to join/pay and even tried the Yorkshire BMD but they haven't transcribed Doncaster yet. I really don't know where to go from here. |

Thank you very much Kelly. I did just as you said (why didn't I think of it before .(dohh!) sadly I didn't find Sarah Jane though. I'm certain she died in Doncaster and just can't work out why she isn't there but I'll keep plugging away. |
