Can anyone help?
I am unable to see the view buttons on record lists (hot match lists etc) go paler (grey out) when I click on them and then go back to them. I know this is supposed to happen so that I can keep track of where I have been. Does anyone know if I have to do something to make this happen. It actually works on my husband's laptop but doesn't on this computer. I know that they are supposed to go back to purple after a few days but mine never go paler. Am I doing something wrong??

Hello, yes that has been happening to me, although I am usually just able to click them when they are pale.

Hi Ryan,
I have tried a few times to explain this to the GR help desk but they don't seem to understand. Do you know how to fix the problem? It is really driving me nuts.

Do you mean there is a problem with clicking on the links. As it works for me. Might be to do with the new system set up?
