sorry i should have said she was born in newcastle 1889 so i thought she might have married in that area but i have not been able to find a marriage for her . when she married my grand father harry howard in 1918 she lived in jarrow also when she married she was 29 and a widow so she could have married any where between 1907 and 1917 thanks brenda |

could any body find the marriage of mary ann bates to the surname nixon she is my paternal grand mother .On her marriage certificate to my grand father harry howard 1918 she is a widow her name on the certificate is mary ann nixon nee bates i have searched every record i have available no luck thanks brenda |
