Four Parents

I think I have asked this before but I have been away and could not access the info so apologies for asking again.

I have 4 parents because I was adopted. Do I need to have two family trees? So I then have to pay for two trees. Can I not combine the two. The site only offers two parents. What about all the millions of blended families - there must be a way.
Thanks
Jenny

As far as I know, you will need two trees. You won't have to pay twice though, one tree can be a 'free' one.
