Unless someone can spare a few credits, then I'm afraid you are going to have to pay.

Find My Past offers searches for ten credits each, and you can get 60 credits for £6.95

Then, there is UK Roll . com who charge £2.95 for one day's unlimited searches, or Trace Smart where it costs £3.48 for a month.

Just Google 'Electoral Roll'
